Return & Refund Policy – Perfume Products

• Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned.
• Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
• Return Request Process: To initiate a return, contact customer support at Hashtagfiv@gmail.com with your order details and issue description.
• Refund Conditions:
• Approved returns will be eligible for a refund after inspection.
• Refunds are processed only if the product meets return conditions.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Products without original packaging
• Items reported after the allowed time frame
• Refund Method & Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
